All 2026 graduands are hereby notified to complete their graduation clearance and application by 9 October 2026.
Thika School of Medical & Health Sciences wishes to notify all prospective 2026 graduands that the tentative graduation date is 20 November 2026.
All graduands are required to complete their clearance and graduation application by 9 October 2026 and ensure that all mandatory requirements have been fulfilled.
Key requirements include:
Original and copies of previous semester result slips
Completed clearance and graduation application forms
Original and copy of National ID
Original School ID
Clearance of all school fees
Payment of the KSh 4,000 graduation fee
Completion and passing of all required examinations and coursework
Completion of industrial attachment and submission of required documents
Completion and submission of required research project/business plan and final report
Relevant KNEC/TVET-CDACC assessment result slips
Important: Certificate and Diploma clearance cannot be undertaken simultaneously. Students must complete their Certificate graduation before proceeding to Diploma graduation.
All the above requirements are mandatory.
